Our landlord/neighbor was out bright and early this morning, cleaning up the first round of this storm.  It's calm and peaceful out there right now....the lull before the next round.

It sure is beautiful out there.  It's the actual winter wonderland.  Sure wish I had time to go for a walk!

I love the way God decorates the trees and bushes.  Most people are grouchy today because of the snow, but I'm loving it!  And the next round is coming later this be continued...........................

At least you will have a white Christmas! I remember many years wondering if we would have snow.

Down here in Iowa we have had rain all day today (Thursday). In fact, the ice from last night is pretty much gone. However, tonight the temps will go down and all that water will turn into ... ice.

The Iowa Highway Patrol is warning people to stay off the roads tonight and western Iowa is already freezing up.

We are hearing that we could get about 8 to 12 inches of snow here in central Iowa and that northwest Iowa could get up to 18 inches!

Here we go ... again!

Enjoyed these photos! Take care of yourself and have a wonderful Christmas!

Brrrr - your pictures are so beautiful but they do make me want to snuggle up in a warm fuzzy blanket. Merry Christmas to you dear friend. Enjoy your winter wonderland with the love of family. Be safe if you are out and about.
