NON-PRODUCTIVE WEEK

It seems like I've gotten nothing accomplished this week. Oh, I did clean up the sewing/office/guest room a bit, but really did no deep cleaning. I've had four table toppers sitting here to finish up, and only got one completed. Here's a photo:

I do like this one, and plan to make more of the same pattern. I have 6 more Moda charm packs so I can't say I don't have the fabric.

We are heading out to see Gail. We are supposed to notify her on a Wednesday if we want to visit on either Saturday or Sunday during the 1-4 visiting hours. However, we didn't know this until today. We are bringing a suitcase of clothes for her, and she said she can come out long enough for us to give it to her. Hopefully I'll get a chance to give her a hug and tell her we are so glad she is there, and that we hope she will work hard to get well. For her health and for her boys. I know 90 days probably isn't long enough, but it's a good start, and she can do a lot in that time. And I'll get to tell her I love her.

The topper is nice but I am so excited about your trip. Your journey to see your daughter. I hope that you can give her a hug so she can feel the love in your heart. I know she wants to do what is right, it is that stupid addiction .....that is why I hate alcohol and other drugs. It makes good people do not good things.
by the way, that camera is really do a good job!

Hearing "I love you" might give her the incentive to try a little harder. Addiction is not the person and that's hard to remember sometimes. I will whisper a prayer for your daughter...that each of these 90 days will be a reflection of God's grace and healing touch...that's 90 chances with every new day and if only one of them is taken to heart she's on her way to recovery...but it's a difficult path so commend her for the tiniest improvement.

Blessings to you and your family ~

That table topper is delightful! I wish I was that creative...I use to be but something happened...ha!
