I have had several requests by comment and by email to post the bread recipe I've been raving about. I am instead going to link to the website that got me interested enough to buy the book. (Amazon for about $13) It isn't really the recipe as much as the method of baking in a hot oven on a hot stone with steam added. So check it out.
