I have had several requests by comment and by email to post the bread recipe I've been raving about.  I am instead going to link to the website that got me interested enough to buy the book.  (Amazon for about $13)  It isn't really the recipe as much as the method of baking in a hot oven on a hot stone with steam added.  So  check it out.  And just so you know, I made the recipe with part whole wheat and part white today, and it is the best bread ever!  So you may want to give this method a try!  Go to this site and bake it now!  You won't be disappointed!
