Aren't Jack-in-the-pulpits just the coolest flowers? Or is it even considered a flower? Maybe it's only called a plant. Anyhow, I think they are so neat. I did have to attempt this shot several times due to the overgrowth of poison ivy surrounding the plant.

I'm so jealous! I hope we can become park host some day somewhere. We have friends that worked in Yellowstone one summer and really enjoyed it.

That is a really neat plant. So they are over run with poison ivy huh? I would have to stay pretty clear of all that stuff. But thank you for risking life and limb to get that wonderful picture....I am actually having to laugh at you about that. There is NO way I would have messed with it. You are way braver than I am!
