Yesterday I harvested the first veggies from the garden. Rosy red radishes and kale were the first food we enjoyed from our little garden.
I made a lovely Toscana Zuppe with the kale. We enjoyed the soup for two meals yesterday, and I have two jars in the freezer for the future.
However, if someone doesn't get to the weeds in the garden pretty soon, they will choke out any hope of future veggie meals, Maybe today!
