I arose at four this morning, unable to sleep because of the daunting task awaiting me today. I am making my first ever GFCFVML Thanksgiving meal. That would be a gluten free, casein free, vegetarian, meat lovers Thanksgiving dinner. Wish me luck! I'll let you know how it turns out.

haha! me too excepting GF...gluten free goddess on blogspot is THE BEST SITE after 2 years of GFreedom:)
now we have added casein, dairy in general, nightshades, shellfish, eggs and I have probably forgotten one!

i am very curious how yours went? ours was just OK....i am not impressed with CF cheese. grumpy about my stuffy being too hard to chew...oh well....xxx
